From the file you receive, you extract the files to a folder in your computer. All files will be in their appropriate folders. The main folder and subfolders (subdirectories) contain text files named "Class X Info". These files simply tell you how to make changes to text, pictures, and media files. Also, you will understand how to get what you want from your site as well as special features. It's all simple, but you must read them.

You can make the changes on your computer and simply upload the updates. For your convenience Class X has provided WS FTP for free download to you to use to upload your files.

Class X sites allow you to make changes to text and pictures and media. Titles, subtitles, picture captions, text in columns and other text on pages can be changed. Class X enabled most necessary text fields so that you have further control over using text and pictures in text fields using simple HTML code if you desire. You can change the color and size of text, make text into clickable links, include pictures in text fields and make the pics clickable. You can place pictures in text fields and have the text wrap around the pictures, much like in magazines and newspapers. We're now on the next generation of Class X sites. The CXV.

CXV stands for Class X Variant. These are the templates that allow you to show up on the net one day and begin blowing your competition out of the way, effectively giving the impression of a company that has been around for a while and is successful enough to own a site that appears to cost at least in the tens of thousands of dollars because of the robust capabilities of media control. CXV templates have all the capabilities of the first generation Class X plus the added muscle of audio/video streaming and control and you still won't need to know any HTML or any other programming language. You will need to convert your video into the appropriate file format, or let Class X handle the conversion (and even the updating) for you. Audio or video is as easy as changing the pictures. If you look at the sample templates you will notice that every picture place holder can also hold video.

Class X can make alteration to your choice of template. For the most part there is no extra charge. Before buying, fill out the Alter X form to let Class X know what you would like changed. Class X would only charge for an alteration if it's very complicated and you insist on having what you want. Once the changes are agreed upon, you may then proceed to purchase and Class X will make the necessary changes. Class X makes an effort to provide solutions that will not cost you more money.

All you need to do is fill out the X Me form to contact Class X about a custom site of your own. Class X will not resell the site (unless thats what you want).

Class X can handle updating your site if you prefer not to, or if you're just too busy. Whatever the reason is, we're sure it's a good one.
